Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business Days:
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. International shipping times may be affected by customs processing, local courier procedures, weather conditions, or regional infrastructure.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping worldwide so your magical tools can reach you wherever you are.

*Please note that due to high shipping costs, a shipping fee applies to orders shipped to South Africa, Indonesia, Colombia and Brazil. This cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Confirmation Email:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking:
Orders can be tracked via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may vary by country.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note that international shipping times and final delivery procedures vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

International Delivery & Local Postal Procedures

Once an order enters the destination country, final delivery is handled by the local postal service or courier.

In some regions β€” including parts of Southeast Asia β€” it is standard practice for parcels to be:

~ held at a local post office or pickup facility,
~ redirected for recipient collection,
~ or require identification or signature for release,

when door-to-door delivery cannot be completed safely or reliably.

These procedures are implemented by local carriers to protect parcels from loss or damage. Once a parcel is held by the local carrier, delivery procedures are outside of our direct control, and the recipient may be required to collect the package.

Delivery Status & Responsibility

Earth Moon Magick considers an order successfully delivered once it has:

~ arrived in the destination country and
~ been marked by the carrier as delivered, attempted delivery, or available for pickup.

We are unable to override local carrier policies or intervene in pickup requirements once a parcel reaches this stage.

Delivered But Not Received (DNR) Policy

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you further.

Before we can proceed with our standard investigation and resolution process, we kindly ask that you:

~ Check around the delivery location and mailbox area
~ Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or reception
~ Contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details

In some cases, we may require a loss confirmation, claim reference number, or official notice from the shipping carrier or post office confirming that the package could not be located.

Once the required information is provided, our team will review the case and assist according to our shipping support procedures.

Please note:

~ DNR claims submitted beyond 30 days from the marked delivery date may no longer be eligible for review.
~ Resolution eligibility may depend on the carrier investigation and shipping provider policies.
~ Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically considered lost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Failure to pay customs fees or collect a parcel may result in delays or return to sender. Only if it reaches us in the same condition it left in, will you receive a full refund.

Shipping Issues & Support

Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us atΒ contact@earthmoonmagick.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and support where possible.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds Related to Shipping

Note: For full information on returns and exchanges, please refer to ourΒ Return Policy.

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:

~ the parcel is officially returned to us as undeliverable,
~ the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier,
~ the order arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds are not issued for:

~ parcels that are successfully delivered to, or held by, the local carrier but not collected by the recipient,
~ delays caused by customs, local postal services, or recipient unavailability,
~ changes in travel plans or address access after shipment.

If a parcel is returned to us, a refund for the product price will only be issued once it is received back at our fulfilment centre in the same condition it left in.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, and entirely at our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy resolution to close an experience with care. These resolutions do not constitute an admission of fault and do not alter our standard policies.

Final Note

We are a small, dedicated team handling a high volume of orders with intention and care. While we always aim to support our customers, international shipping involves variables beyond our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these international delivery realities.
