Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@earthmoonmagick.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return authorization. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt of proof of shipment.

Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@earthmoonmagick.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Process: For other exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Packaging: Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
