  • China currently offers the most advanced printing technology for tarot/oracle production.
  • The level of colour calibration, card stock, finishing options, and consistency is unmatched.

To create the high-quality, long-lasting decks we are known for, China is simply the best — and most industry-standard — choice.

📜Does manufacturing in China affect shipping times?

Shipping from China means most orders travel internationally, but we work with reliable logistics partners to keep shipping efficient and trackable.

Estimated delivery windows vary by country, but most customers receive their order within:

  • 8–15 business days for the majority of destinations
  • 3–7 business days for express options (where and when available)

We always provide tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

The only real reason we tend to be delayed is if a product has become extremely popular and has run out of stock quicker than we can replenish it, or there is some unexpected, yet very rare anomaly reason that is unavoidable.

We ship most orders from China for now, as we grow, this may change. As a small company, this is what makes the most sense for us as this is where our production partners are based. It allows us to offer the highest-quality decks at accessible prices while keeping everything consistent, reliable, and sustainable. 

📦How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Just like preparing a potion, each order requires care and attention! Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once ready, your parcel is set to embark on its journey to you.

📦How long will my order take to arrive?

The Zephyr Express offers two options for delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3-15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Arrives even quicker, within 1-10 business days.

The exact timing depends on your location and any customs processing along the way.

📦Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Our magical parcels travel far and wide to most countries across the globe. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

📦How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. For larger orders, the cost per kilo is reduced, making it easier to receive more magical treasures at once.

📦Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has taken flight, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow the parcel’s magical journey on our website or through the carrier’s site using the provided tracking number.

📦Are there any customs fees for international orders?

Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s customs office.

🔄How long do I have to return an item?

Within 10 days of receiving your magical item, you may initiate the return ritual. The item must remain unused, in its original state, and safely nestled in its original packaging.

🔄What items are not eligible for return?

Some items are bound by the spell of finality and cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items, unless damaged or defective, are non-returnable.
  • Final Sale Items: Treasures marked as final sale may not re-enter the Circle of Return and Renewal.

🔄How do I start the return process?

Begin by sending a message to our mystical keepers at contact@earthmoonmagick.com. Share your order number and the reason for the return, and they’ll grant you a return authorization and guide you through the next steps.

🔄Where do I send my return?

Upon receiving your return authorization, you’ll be given an address to send your item. We ask that you use a trackable shipping service and hold on to the receipt, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

🔄When will I receive my refund?

After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will appear in your account within 7-14 business days, restoring balance to your realm.

🔄Will I be refunded for the original shipping cost?

The original shipping cost is, alas, non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where a defect or error on our part calls for a replacement or refund.

🔄Can I exchange a damaged or defective item?

Yes! If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a swift replacement or refund. For all other exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for your chosen item.
